Leather-Like Washer and Lock Washer for Rear Motor Mounts

When I took the motor mounts loose from the rear of the engine (Inline 6 - 250) I found one of the washer sets on one side sitting underneath the motor mount bracket, just hanging there. These are the washers that look like thick leather and lock washers are almost double a regular lock washer. I talked to repair tech at the lake yesterday and he said those are real easy to knock off when installing engine, because they just sit there. He said he didn't have any. The other side, part of the set, was nowhere to be found. Does anyone know of a source for these or at least what they are technically called or the part number?
