Let’s play what motor?

So I bought another 3rd boat. But this time I’m concerned on the motor. I was told it had a 5.0l gm motor. Picked the boat up from auction to find out this 1995 Larson 194 SEI actually has a 5.0l ford engine. (Dist is on the front of the engine) with a 2 barrel holly carb and a Volvo sx drive on it?!. Me being a GM guy. This is disappointing.. so here is the main question. I have a gm 5.7l ready to drop in motor. So will it fit? Mount up? If it’s not worth the swap where can I find parts?

I would think the Volvo sx outdrive would be left alone. Then I would just need a gm coupler and the bell hosing for the gym motor. Couple motor mounts and all would be good?

Won't swap as the bellhousing's won't match.
The Fords (I don't like them in a boat) actually do a real good job.
Parts a bit more expensive, but they run good.
