Brrrrr! <br />We (Denmark) get our share of winter as well but due to plenty surrounding open sea, the cold comes a little later. On the contrary with spring - the water holds the chill so spring is later as well.<br /><br />Normally we see a little snow in early November, then just plain gray rain until January and then freezing cold...<br /><br />Takes a bit of luck to get X-mas white!<br /><br />What we really miss is daylight - those short days, when you go to work in dark and get home in dark - really doen't do much good for your internal 'battery'.

Last 2 nights it was below 15 degrees - woke up to a HEAVY frost - looked like snow. Winters coming!

Nice View JasonJ but that river looks low!<br /><br />Deer opener here was Saturday and we had 4" of snow left over from Tuesday and the temp was a balmy -10F. Today were lookin at 45F and most of the snow has melted, what a swing.

Hey Nosleep, snow is snow, just because you Canada guys get to have it 13 months out of the year.... Seriously, I live for snow, even though it really gets in the way of boating. Yeah, more snow fell, but it warmed up and has been raining all day so any snow that fell is long gone. We don't usually get any real snow until after T-day, but I still get all happy when I see even a few flakes. To the horror of those around me the first snow always brings the Christmas whistling....I loves me some X-mas...

yes... I love the changes in the seasons myself.<br />When winter does arrive It lets me bring out all<br />my winter toys. I do like to see snow , just not<br />so **** much of it for so **** long!!!<br />Happy winter...
