C'mon CastawayRay you don't really think KJI would arm the islamic nuts do you? You don't think he's crazy enough to attack the US do you?

The Islamists are - they are completely insane. They strap bombs to people and send them into shopping malls and buses. The fly loaded passenger jets into buildings. They bomb embassies where local people are lined up for visas. They kill and mame each other for simple infractions. We treat our stray dogs better than they treat women. They are religious fnanatics who believe all other religions and peoples must be killed. There is just no comparison in my mind.

Beside, the best way to deal with Korea is to get their boss, the Chineese to take care of them. No need to attack Korea and give them a reason to Nuke the South or Japan. Not when the Chineese could kill KJI tomorrow morning if the wanted - the only reason that haven't yet is that they don;t want the refuge problem right now.

Andrew Leigh wrote;
"No, it would not matter what Saddam had shown (in fact he did it turns out in hindsight) it's just nobody believed him and nobody wanted to."

And; "Saddam is not my favourite person so I am by no means defending him."

Yes you are.
In fact, it's worse. You seem to believe Saddam over Bush.
Showing proof of killing a couple murderers wasn't done in malice.
Your entire post demonstrates your contempt of our Government, our beliefs, and our position.
And you've chosen to address a group of ordinary American citizens that have fellow countrymen, sons and daughters, getting killed daily.
That's twisting the knife.

I'm thinking your still pretty ticked off the US had a major role in doing away with minority rule, huh Andrew?

Dang if we don't side with the underdogs most always.

BTW, Just what the heck has your country been doing to help the situation on your own continent?
Here it is again, no other country will take the initiative, or will, to do something positive for the oppressed. Not yours, France, Germany or any (except Great Britain)of the others, that are having a fine time sticking the knife in our backs.

Cheers back at'cha.

I think he IS that insane, whats he got there? rice? rocks? seriously, I am ignorant of the natural resources of North Korea, all I know is that babies starve waiting for donated food and that squity eyed DWARF is living in a solid gold pagoda, grrrr, take one of those samuri swords and make a origami out of him/her whatever that androgenous freak is..

he KNOWS we can crater his freaking two bit rice bowl of a province (country? hardly!) but he knows we are New America ... hamstrung by our own convictions, unwilling to create fallout over japan, and eventually, us, so he stands there like a dwarf with a shotgun ready to go off, the blast of which will knock HIM over, but not knowing where the blast will go, not exactly happy about being in the front line

AOL or Netscape (they are the same anyway) says that n korea wants to make suitcase nukes

who needs suitcase nukes?

TERRORISTS!

Re: let me stir up the 'ole pot'

so lets see, the chineese with a standing army of what, 100 million soldiers ... thats one hundred million folks, that is a lot of trigger fingers ...

they use korea and this convienient moron/maniac to launch a small scale nuclear attack, enough to cripple our communications and take out a lot of tactical bases ... thus softened, send in the chineese army for clean up, they bring korean cars over by the 1400 foot long, 50 plus MPH container ship (no sh!t, 50 KNOTS, about 56 MPH, and you thought your boat was fast, this thing is the size of a small CITY)

ah, no sense gettin upset

or more upset than I already am, *@&$#(*$ ragheads and @)#*@)*#$*@) ginks!(well, gook and chink are unacceptable, and I have a Thai friend that knows I am not bigoted against friendly orientals, worse, SHE calls them some Thai word that sounds like shes spitting in disgust)(its worse than gink I imagine!)

RayRay, You have a gift. You took my sadness and vengeance over 9/11/01, my anger at terrorists, my rage at Ba'athists, my indignance at 'Kim Ill' ,and turned them into a "LOL, right-on"!
BTW, for some reason, my links aint werkin, and I paid a premium for the link... I think I'll go complain to management.
The pic I posted was a scenne from South Park.

China has all it can do to do with China - big place, lots of issues...

They are moving to a market economy and making money hand over first.

The most important thing to China right now is that they remain on the most favored nation list of the US - juts look how much stuff is being made in China today. It's killing the rest of asia. Its part of the reason Japan has been in a decade long recession.

KJI is afraid he is going ot be overthrown, either by us, the chineese or his own people. Hence, lots a sabre rattling. He will be contained and "disarmed" soon enough IMHO.

Hey Crab Bait, good to see you back on line. :)

I'm sure that would make a very interesting court case - but I'd have to wonder whether the international court would rather hear all the murder & genocide charges against Saddam first...That might take a long time to get through.

And as for those fine upstanding young Hussein boys - I was very dissapointed to see that they will never get their day in court... (well a human court that is... )

P.S. Congratulations Uncle SAm. ;)
