We should pray for the families of those innocent people killed and for the men and women overseas who are fighting the evil in the world to ensure that doesn't happen again. Amen and semper fi!

To give you an idea of how many were killed that beautiful september day, we've had roughly the same number of days pass since 9-11 as we had victims of it's tragedy.

Thoughts and prayers go out to all who were effected personally, the Emergency management team that did so much that day and the days following, especially those that sacrificed their lives for others, our military personel who have continued to protect us, and all of America in general. Truly a sad day.

Amen to all the above. That was a truly horrible day, I still remember watching that on the computer live, still makes me feel sick to think about it. God Bless America, may he guide and protect us all, stay near those that that were touched personally and stay with our troops and their families as they sacrifice still to day to keep this from happening again.

I don"t think any one will ever forget that day and where they were at that moment. We were crossing Peace Bridge coming back from the Niagra Falls. Traffic was stopped and because we did not have our radio on we did not know until after we crossed. We were the last ones across before they shut the border down. It was the longest and slowest 450 miles i have ever driven.

I also remember my good friend Spinner. He lost a brother in the towers that day. Read in paper today that schools are telling students that were not born yet about it. Will ever be a part of our history well after we are gone and have crossed over.

thoughts to the survivors, and the surviving families of those lost . it is a point in history that needs to be taught to those who were not here then, and remember by those who were here.

a big thanks to those who have and are currently serving to protect our country and our rights to choice.

I was in one of the first carrier strike groups to launch sorties over Afghanistan after 9/11 and the same for the Iraqi invation in late 03'-04'. I also worked in the same area(D-ring) in the Pentagon where the plane hit after the remodeling. Let me tell you brothers, I have no regrets for what we have done and where we are today. I pray that our young Americans currently serving stay safe and come home soon.

Wow, that really puts the enormity of the loss into perspective. Amen to what everyone else has said.

In my school district there are third-graders starting school that weren't even born on 9/11, yet it seems as if it were yesterday.

Just paying my respects to those effected by 9/11 and to wish eternal "you know what" to those responsible.

God bless you if you serve or have served in the armed services. I wish I had.
