leveling boat

I use a 14ft mirrocraft for walleye fishing in the fall on the river where I live. I want to level the boat, and not have everything in the back around me. I have put the trolling motor battery in the bow, and want to put the fuel tank in the middle. Is there pre made fuel tank lines that will reach from the middle of the boat to the motor or should I just buy some fuel lines and connectors and make my own? thanks
