I have seen lift rings for lifting outboards,on one video two guys just picked it up and put it on the bench.

If your in a hurry wrap some straps around the power head, and lift it up and off.
What's wrong with your power head,? this forum will help you with anything and everything, including a total rebuild, there very good.

There is a lifting ring: T-8933 Finding it not easy.

I just used an old lower bracket off the starter.
Any heavy duty L-bracket will work.
Adapt it to the lift.
The 1/4-20 screw holes in the flywheel will hold the weight.
Just make sure the screws are all the way in.

Most people just improvised either with a single plated 3 hole eyebolt (see pics, the plate doesn't have to be round it can also be square or rectangle as long as it is at least 1/4" thick) or using three long stem eyebolts and running a heavy duty chain on all three eye bolts tied together by a shackle. Just make sure you use high grade bolts (8 or higher). As for using three long stem eyebolts, make sure you always use a nut to lock it down to the flywheel and also acts as a stabilizer.
