Lifting ring *l've searched*

I haven't been able to locate a lifting ring for my 1988 85hp force. All refer me to the type that screws into the center of the flywheel. Which is not correct for the type i have. Crowleymarine shows a part number for one but is no longer manufactured.

does anyone have one? would rather not jury rig it.

I've never seen one for the earlier style flywheels. Only one's I've seen are for the later model style that have the threaded crankshaft snout hole.

my 1988 85HP engines lifted wonderfully with a rod coupling and an eye bolt.

You should be able to get one at any Mercury dealer.J
