I have two questions:

Crab question:
Butterfly valve opening at @WOT should in be fully vertical or should be angle back toward the front of carb. maybe 20 degrees?


Distrub:
It is automotive type that is belt drive black disturb cap with auto type 12 volt coil.

question: the metal bracket that goes around the flywheel at the back of this bracket near the distrub. it has start here stamped on it. Should the arrow on the disturb line up with start here stamp on that ring when the throttle is closed , off , all way down?

The butterfly valves should be fully vertical or pointing at the motor... no angle....

That indicator arrow is for emergency pull starting the motor, pay no attention to it reguarding link and sync. The answer to your question is no it will not be lined up.
