Link and Sync for 75 HP Evinrude

Can someone give me the instructions on how to linc and Sync the cables on my 1983 Evinrude 75 HP motor. Motor model # is E75TRLCTE.

You don't link & sync the cables. You link & sync the linkage on the engine. Then adjust the throttle and shift cables. That process is far too detailed to go into here. You need a service manual for your engine. Check your local library -- they often have them.
