link & sync

I need to link&sync my engine but have to wait 6 weeks for original mercury manual, can someone please tell me how to do since i would like to try and use the boat this weekend?

engine is a 1994 15hp 2 stroke manual start.

Does it work now? Not a lot involved on the small motors, as compared to the inline 6 with 3 carbs...big diff

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, yes it works but..

after rebuilding the carb (because the engine was boging) and new plugs the engine now idle great but when going full throtle it will bogs a bit, if i let go 1/8 of a turn it picks up and go.

still waiting for some help here.

one thing i did is to try and run the engine without the cover, when i put my hand over the carb to block the air a bit the engine runs great and once it is at high speed it maintain it without my hand.

I'm thinking mybe not enough fuel at mid range?
