Ok guys, I really need your help with this one. I took my wife out yesterday and she swears she'll never go again until I fix this problem...

From dead stop, Starting out at 1/2 throttle and going to full throttle the boat is listing to the port side. Enough that it really got my attention. I am fighting a little of a torque steer condition but IMO not enough to make the boat list as it did. My BF/mechanic was out on the water with us and he came on board to witness the issue. Said he thought it may be water in the bilge. I ran the bilge pump and got some water out. (not that much water when I pulled the plug) I had this boat out a couple seasons ago and did not have this issue. Same motor setup, nothing has been changed.

B4 I forget to mention this is a 1973 Glastron Bayflite 16.5 feet. Vee Hull with a 1989 125 force, not sure on the props pitch.

Floatation foam under the floor may have absorbed water.Did the boat have water or snow in it in storage?Or excess water in bilge over an extended time in the water?
Empty the boat no battery, gastank or gear etc.Note if the boat lists at rest.
Is the steering on the starboard side?Check the bottom for a hook near the transom or some other deformity in the bottom. Is the floor firm no soft spots? If floor is soft the bottom may be weak causing listing/handling problems.

No foam in the boat. One minor change in hull shape from the old trailer bunks. However, this deformity is not near the stern. Steering is starboard. deck is firm replaced 2 seasons ago. Never left in the water always trailered and stored covered with the bow up to help keep water out of the bilge.

Should have asked in last post...Anything I can do to repair the deformity in the hull if this is the cause?

Without knowing what the deformity is can't say if repairable.Of course any deformity could be repaired if willing to go to extremes.
Do you feel the stringers were in good shape or repaired properly when you did the floor?Perhaps you can post pictures of the bottom.
It would appear the change to the hull shape may be your problem.
I hope you have replaced the foam with something to keep the boat afloat if it swamps. It will go down like a stone without it.Sometimes if the motor is trimmed in too far it will push the bow down and may cause the boat to lean.
If the bunks don't go all the way past the transom they could push up the bottom causing a hook may be subtle.
Any chance there is a compartment under the floor water might accumulate in and might not get out or would need an extended period to drain?

That sure looks to me like it could be causing problems.
The fix depends on what you find under the floor.
