The rear live-well on my 2006 Polar Kraft will not function. It appears the controls are frozen and I cannot open or close it. What is the easiest way to access it and does anyone know what could be the problem? I'm sure there is some sort of valve, etc., that is malfunctioning, but I first need to access it. I've tried to get to it through some of the openings in the deck (round plastic covers that are secured with screws), but none lead to the live well. Anybody?
