The boat is new to me. Needed a livewell pump when I purchased it, put one on this weekend. Had a 500 GPH, put a 750 GPH it. Took it for a water test, hit the switch, works great!!!!!!! Outside of the water test from purchasing this was the first time out so I decided to take it for a spin. Few minutes later I stop and decide to check the live well again, just to impress myself with my mechanical ability. Hit the switch, pump is running, no water..... Cycle the pump a few times, no luck. Now I am stumped. Can't feel any water moving in the lines. Decided to loosen the feed line from the pump to the well. Seconds later water everywhere, and running good. Shut the pump off.

Hmmmmm

Take it for another spin, same issue once stopped. Fixed again doing the same thing. Repeated 6 times. Any ideas? I am stumped

The hose to your lw is blocked, your pump is air locked or you wired it backwards

I am leaning towards airlock after double checking the wiring and lines. Any ideas on how to address?
