I have a 1999 champion and the hydro rocker switch is faulty. the original switch is a carlincswitch 5 pin on/off/on. I have not been able to find another 5 pin switch and told that a 4 pin will work. I have not been able to locate a wiring diagram to help me get this replace. the air and hydro switches are connected to a timer switch. Anyone out there that has replaced a 5 pin to a 4 pin successfully?

the 5th tab is most likely the light.

the two center tabs are your common

Nothing special about carling switches. however you can order your exact switch

I usually order from waytek. you have to order the switch and actuator separate (there are multiple series of carling switches)

you can also pull the switch apart and clean the contacts

pull the switch from the dash
turn upside down
with small screw driver, unsnap the terminal block from the switch body
keep upside down (so you dont loose the springs and bits)
clean contacts with 180 grit
put everything back together

post a pic of the terminal block and I can tell you how the switch is set up.
