Loading boat

Thinking of installing PVC over bunks on trailer,to help boat slide "24 thompson".
good or bad idea, your thoughts please.

Use can buy the products designed for this or buy UHMW and cut it to fit. I'm not sure if any are made from PVC.

How do they work...great. Some people don't like them because for their application they are too slick though.

Have some type of plastic sliders on my parents toon works great loads/unloads so easy my 12yo can do it no problem.


Yes I make my kids get grampaws ride all ready to go so all he and the secretary of the navy(better known as grandma)can just step on and go.

The thing to remember is . . . what sides on easy also slides off easy. So, make sure your launching & retrieving process account for a boat that may slide off.
