Location of where to check tilt trim fluid

90 sea swirl Sierra classic cuddy. 5.0 HO. Outdrive doesn’t go completely up or down. Able to move it by hand 6-8 inches. How do you check fluid level. I located pump,but don’t know how to check fluid. Please advise

On my 3.0 there was a plug located on the front of the pump.
