Logic Brand Boat??????

Has any one heard of a Boat MFG. called Logic? My brother is looking to buy a used boat and found one that really looks nice but I have never heard of it. I was trying to find a web site of the manufacturer but no luck. This boat is a center console bay boat, 21', 150 merc saltwater. Thanks for any help. Ron

Thanks!!!!!! That site had a lot of info, then I found the MFG site. If I am correct, this MFG uses no wood. I might buy this one myself......
