Need help.........I'm lookin for a tiller handle assembly for a Mercury 7.5hp. It's the one that's cable operated. The cable wraps around a pulley to operate the throttle. And the 2 ends go into the handle. Most of them I've found operate with a heavy cable and a plastic gear.
