Bolt up yes, wiring harness - no.

The motor looks ruff and i suspect many things dont work. Coil packs have cracks? Motor is mounted up moving dolly and straped down. Can i do compression test without running say open throttle pull all the plugs turn over by hand? He is asking $500 says electrical problems
