Looking at a 1978 open bow Glastron 16' inboard it has a chevy 305

Any info on this boat would be helpfull, I am told it runs good, seats need re done, floor has soft spot in front of rear seat.

There's a good chance there's going to be lots of rot below that deck... they rot from the bottom up.

What sterndrive does it have? If it's an OMC you may want to avoid it due to scarcity of parts.
