Normally it is suggested to reduce pitch 1" when going from 3 to a 4 blade.
That would depend on your present wide open throttle rpm and gps speed.
The diameter is a secondary consideration. If the prop is intended. for your SX drive it will work.
Put your curser over props and accessories at the top of the page "boat props" will drop down.

I think a 4.3 190 should be at the high 40s @ 4800.with a 21" prop.
Its not unusual for a 4.3 to go close to 50.I think a 3.0 in a boat like yours would run close to 40
with a 21" but may struggle for hole shot.
You may want to confirm your setup is up to par.A 4 blade isn't the choice for more speed.
A 19" 4 blade should improve holes shot maintain speed better at reduced throttle may respond better around the dock.
It might maintain your present speed.

I agree steelspike, I had a 1989 17 ' maxum with 3.0 mercrisier with a 14x20 4 blade and was hitting 43 mph at 48000 rpm, you think that this boat weighs like 600 lbs more, a foot wider and deeper that my speeds are less with what Im running????
