Looking for a larger transom for larger motor

Thanks to everyone responding to my queston regarding a larger motor. I bought the larger motor. Was then told by my mechanic, that I need a new transom to support a larger motor, 1990 88 hp Johnson special on a small pontoon boat. Have done searchs but keep getting back boat dealers, with no salvage parts, only boats. Would appreciate anyone advising any boat salvage website that has something like this for sale.Thanks

Im not sure about online but there is a guy off Hwy 72 in north Alabama that would probably have what you needed. Its called Rays Marine, his phone # is (256) 723-4310. He has junked boats of every shape & kind. Has pretty good prices too. Give him a call, Im sure he can help you.
