Looking for a minnkota bow mount trolling motor with autopilot

I have a 96 minnkota autopilot with the wireless feature. The sales slip says $1250bucks! Sometimes the trolling motor will stop and am not sure what might be wrong. So any suggestions on a good autopilot with around 45 to 50 inch boom.
