This is for real. I have them sitting at the Virginia Beach Boat show as we speak. Your choice of color.
Paul
paulie5p@aol.com

Since we are on the topic of new boats, has anybody seen any good deals/incentives on Dual Consoles in the 18' to 20' range?

matt - That seems way overpriced to me even new. For that kind of money you can get a used rig of much higher quality. I haven't seen an Angler recently but the last ones I saw seemed to be of "entry level" quality.

solittle- no personal experience with angler, but i've heard they are decent value boats, no wood construction, etc. i personally thought the deal was great for someone that wanted new and wanted the whole package. just my opinion and thought i'd pass it along.

mattttt25,

I appreciate the info you provided. I'm looking for a DC but if I needed a CC, I would take your info and go do some research on Angler Boats. At the very least I would use your information as a bargaining chip against a similar model from a different manufacturer. Thanks again.

Re: looking for a new boat???

The new Anglers are head and shoulders above the old ones. I just got back from a tour of their factory. They are 100% wood free. They have a new top of the line gel coat. Fit and finish is comprable to a much higher priced boat. They also use a lot of quality control inside the boat that cannot be seen without going to the factory. All wiring is heat shrunk, and a high density foam replaces to cheaper stuff that 95% of boat manufatureers use.

Dont get me wrong the Angler is still no Scout. However, for the money that deal cannot be beaten PERIOD. We have sold 4 so far at the VA BEACH show. The buyers shopped this boat against everything else in the show and came back and bought.
