uses the same flywheel as the 90 hp outboard version.

You can buy a new one for $525 or look for a used one on ebay or craigslist.

Might be easier/cheaper to buy an entire outboard, then you have spare parts for the future

are many of engine parts the same from a Force outboard as the l-drive?

I was looking at my Clymer manual earlier, it does look like alot of the parts are the same between the 2.

Most of the parts are the same.
Except maybe the crankshaft, exhaust tube, mounting adaptor plates. Not sure, double check.


Also, several (3) different ignition systems were used across the Force line, from 1990 thru 1992.
