So I had my boat out last week and finally had all of the bugs worked out of it for the summer. Wasnt skipping a beat, ran like a wet dream. Decided to go tubing for a bit behind it for the first time. Worked great for the first couple of times. Until my brothers girlfriend jumped on the tube. It seemed that as soon as I gave it enough gas to bring up the bow the prop sounded like it was outta water. After making fun on my bro's girl about being too heavy for the boat to pull (which of course she is not) we pulled it out of the water and went home to inspect. Apparently I lost the exhaust snout which created a pocket of air right where the prop would spin, which in turn wouldnt push us thru the water. So, now I cant find a replacement snout anywhere and im looking for contacts where I might be able to pull one off a junker or find one for sale ASAP. Boating seasons not over yet and im wana keep on the water longer yet!
