Looking for longer ladder for 03 Glastron

I have a '03 SX-195 Glasron and it came with a two rung ladder, not easy to get in and out of water with it. I would like to replace with a factory looking ladder with three rungs and still fold up the same way but remain somewhat out of the way.
Any ideas on what I can purchase?

I would get a ladder from west marine or simulator place. Remove your ladder from the swim platform and screw in a new one. You didn't post any pics, but Google swim ladders and see what looks close to your set up.
