Looking for source of lower crankshaft wear sleeve

From info on these forums I've read that Merc had a wear sleeve available to install over the lower crankshaft to repair worn and corroded seal surfaces. The p/n I've got is A-86349A1 for a 1971 80hp.

I've checked with a local Merc dealer and they were virtually clueless. Went and spoke with a local old timer tech who works mostly on the older outboards and he knew what I was talking about but said he hadn't seen or used one in a long time.

Are these still available?

Chris I did look at the SpeediSleeve website but don't know the size of the sleeve I would need.
