looking for tecumseh outboard engine parts

I've got a 1971, 1 cyclinder, 5 hp, Sears Canada, outboard motor. I should probably start fresh with a new motor but i'd like to get this one working again. <br />I'm looking for ignition points and a condenser. <br />I'll appreciate any leads.<br /><br />Thanks, Bernie

There is a web site that has some parts for this engine, you have model and serial number they can id engine. The site was certifiedparts something.

If it’s just carb or basic engine parts try your local lawn mower shop. The motors are basically the same.
