Looking to buy steering wheel but........

Looking at buying a teleflex champion but have seen them with and without a removable center cap...why is this? I have a Teleflex rack steering system, so either one should fit right?

either should fit as long as it's the 3/4 in taper. the mounting nut is in the center, the cap is just trim. who wants to look at the nut and shaft.

I see what you are thinking, but I am seeing on listed and it says "Teleflex Champion Steering Wheel is a three spoke plastic wheel with shallow dish, 13" diameter rim. Center cap is not removable." Well what i'm trying to figure out is if the center cap is not removable how do you get the nut on?
