Loss of power after 15-25 seconds DT55hp

I have dt55 that starts fine and idles perfect, I cleaned the cards and replaced the spark plugs. On my sea trail It started right up with no problem, it took off and ran great! after a few seconds it would loose power but not turn off. I would try to rev it up again but it wont go over 3000rpm. Funny thing is when I turn it off and start it up again it runs fine for 15-20 secs again and loose power. Anyone have a solution to this?

try pumping the fuel bulb and see if that fixes it.
check spark on all sparks when its acting like that with a timing light. Failing coils can act up like that. Inspect them for cracks
