Hey everyone, my Buddy has a 2014 Yamaha 40 HP 4 stroke outboard on a 20 foot pontoon
It ran great last year with no issues until last fall when it started to bog at high speed
It would stall out if you tried to push it, If it stalled out, it would start up immediately.
The boat was winterized like that, this spring we got it out and changed the oils, plugs, and
fuel filter. We took the boat out and it seemed fine but this past weekend the problem emerged
again and now when it does it , you cannot go more than 1/4 speed.
We are taking it in to the dealer this weekend but \i was wondering if anyone has heard or
experienced this.
The motor has 36 hours on it
