Here's how it started.2006 monterey 270 w/8.1L volvo DP.WOT 4500 RPM About 48 MPH.
After belloms & gimbal bearing change and grease seal and motor alignment replace lube in outdrive. WOT 3800 RPM 38 MPH.Alignment tool slipped in very easy before outdrive install.While adjusting motor mounts for alignment rubbed against plug wires (very tight in engine compartment for adjusting)engine seems to run fine but just cant plane or top end like it did.Help please.would 1 cylinder not firing cause this and not be noticable except for WOT and top end.
