Lost on rivets!

I need some 3/16 and 1/4'' rivets for my hull but have been unable to find
any at local hardware stores or the local fastenal. I am also unsure about
the length I need. Are these solid brazier head rivets?

The solid brazier rivets are near impossible to set unless you have the tools, two people and patience!

What will work are closed end pop rivets that I always put a dab of 5200 sealant on before I install http://www.hansonrivet.com/w22.htm
