Worked great last year but she is getting older (1989).
Out for the season and now when we put it back on the dink she is missing her get up and go in the lower rpm ranges.
What's a matter?

Please help... here is what we have tried so far:
-Compression test shows all 3 cyl are 120
-New plugs
-New gas, and additives
-carbs apart and cleaned, runs a little better but still not what it should be
-adjusted floats to spec

She's streaming water so cooling is good, gear oil wasn't changed yet but shouldn't be related.
Runs quiet, starts fine put just sluggish in the lower rpms. Normally this thing would make the dink stand up on end.
Any ideas of what to try before taking in for $$$service?
Thanks in advance,

Possible weak coil pack? You may not have enough spark to really get that baby going from the initial load. Beyond that, the only thing I could think that you should do is a pressure test on the crank case to make sure all your seals are still good.

Thank you Red Fury, now I bet you can guess my next questions...

weak coil pack - How can I test for this?
pressure test on the crank case - How can I test for this? With the engine started I don't seem to have any visable leaks..
If you could direct me to some documentation on how I can check these things I'd sure apreciate it.
