As I understand the alarm, for low oil it has an intermittent beep and then it increases
to a steady alarm. Yes /No ?

Can someone explain the beeps and alarms?

If there is water in the gas filter, what alarm sound would I get.

Thanks, Jerry

oscillating beep is oiler or water in fuel.. constant is over heat.. they are in NO WAY related.. completely different circuits that happen to share tha same buzzer.. tha oiler has a module thats sole purpose is make any signal that goes thru it oscillate.. it also what gives you tha "test" beeps when key is turned on.. if you are getting oscillating that graduate to constant disconnect tha purple wire going to tha module.. if buzzer remains on you have an over heat problem.. if buzzer goes off you have a bad module....ALL SIGNALS GOING THRU MODULE ARE SUPPOSE TA OSCILLATE...

Where's the module on the motor.
Is that the water sensor module?
There are 2 modules stacked together above the stbd. head, is one of them what your talking about?

I don't want to unhook the wrong wire.
Thanks.

two modules mounted one on top of tha other on top port side of block.. unless someone has been "working" on it tha oiler module will be on bottom.. top module is detonation module.. can be identified by having a wire that goes to a head bolt sensor on port head...

water sensor is small box bottom of ecu that has a red indicator light (water present when lit).. it should tie into tha oiler module also.. sometimes they work as should and sometimes not so much!.. if workin' right it will give same oscillating buzzer as it goes thru tha oiler module....
