low speed jets

hi,i aked earlier about low speed jets and where they were located,i saw the mixture screws ,there was a plastic screw on the top which i took out and there was a slotted screw inside about 3 eights of an inch in could this be the low speed jet,if so what should they be adjusted to,this is a 120 hp force 97,thank you
