Low WOT. TWIN 2001 175 FICHTS

Last post went unanswered so I will re-word my question.<br /><br />Should I be concerned that my twin 2001 Evinrude 175's only turn up to 4700RPM(port) and 5200RPM (starboard) at Wide open throttle??<br /><br />2001 Mako 252. Runs 47mph with full fuel.

What was your WOT RPM before this problem(last season)?

I just bought the boat April 9th. The port motor has never turned more than 4700RPM, even when trimmed high. I assume the starboard would turn up more it the port would turn up.<br /><br />Boat is fast out of the hole and runs approx 47-48mph with full fuel.<br /><br />props are 14 3/4" x 19 Vipers. Port and starboard props have minor dings and dents but nothing major.<br /><br />I have read on this board that when a motor won't turn up to 5500-6000 RPM at WOT, it is lugging the motor at all RPM's.<br /><br /><br /> I have done all maintenance work like plugs, filters, lower unit oil, water pumps.
