Lowe 1677WT Drain Plug

Hello, I just purchase a 2002 LOWE 1677WT. The water plug is a rubber plug that just pushes into the drain hole. It doesn't feel very tight. Iam afraid it will come out, or leak. Does anybody have a similar boat with the same type of plug. Please let me know if I should or shouldn't worry about this. thank you, Fergie

Should be able to get a plug that tightens up from just about anywhere that sells boat stuff, even Kmart.<br /><br />Personally I've never seen one that just pushes in.<br />Most will tighten up by flipping the handle over, or by turning the "t" handle.<br /><br /><br /> http://www.iboats.com/mall/index.cg...rrent_category=transom plug&*******=681803296
