Hey,is your Yamaha 40 HP a two or three cylinder. A dealer told me that the three cylinder is the way to go if you're going to do alot of trolling...much smoother.

She runs well at any throtle. It'll be doing alot of trolling speed when stripper season comes in so I'll let you know more as I use it more.I can't say anything bad about the motor or boat

Re: Lowe sea nymph

We just bought a 1991 Sea Nymph Fish and Ski that seems to be a good boat. We are looking for a bimi top with snaps down the side also. Anyone have suggestions on where to look?

I have a 1999 lowes sea nymph that has holes being eaten in the transom,is this what you are calling galvanic corrosion. I'm the second owner and i have only had it in fresh water. Do you know if there is a way to stop this? If i don't get it stopped pretty fast my boat won't be usable.

I was also taking on water when the boat was first put in the water. When they attached the hoses for the livewell onto the adapters that go threw the transom. The o-rings were broken. I removed what they had and gear clamped the hoses on. No problems now. Enjoy your boat.
