Ok thank you. I have also heard of spraying the engine down with WD-40 before the winter, along with all of the rest of the winterizing I plan to do. Does anyone do this to prevent rust, etc?

Many of us use some kind of corrosion preventative on the engines as well as the rest of the motor. I use T-9, WD-40 and Triple Guard Grease depending on the application.
In storage, it's good practice to grease the trim rams and fully withdraw them. It's also good practice to grease the steering cable rams.

I use marine lube.Im not sure what the weight is but it will mix with water and still lube if you get a leak.Unless you have three fill screws you need to fill from the bottom screw to force the air out.
