lower shift cable- what else??

same boat- '88 350 alpha-1 #oc436184 this boat has been sitting for 11 years and only has 320 hours on it and ive got everything else in good working order-thanks to you guys, and now im down to shifting issues, not a big surprise that the lower shift cable is froze solid. i assume that i'll need to do the bellows as well, what else should i do when i have it apart?

If it has been setting that long:shift cable,shift cable bellows,u joint bellows.
Check the gimbal bearing:reach in and turn it and if it feels ANYTHING other than smooth replace the whole gimbal.Make sure the oil passages line up when you replace. Luck Jerry
