I have had good luck with ttp://www.ishopmarine.com from time to time. If you can rebuild it you will come out very much ahead compared to getting a rebuilt unit. Do you know you need bearings, are the gears still good. Ebay can be a resource for used units. I know of someone in your state that will help with rebuilding your unit at a reasonable price.
