Lower unit Problems

I was tuning up my motor the other day when I heard a clunk from the lower unit and now my propeller doesn't spin. It seems as though it's not shifting into gear. If someone can give me a clue on what might have happened I'd appreciate it. What might this cost me??

It is hard to tell. You could hve broke a driveshaft aove the pinion gear or shatered a clutch dog. If either of these happened the oil will be metalic.
