Lower unit problems

I have an `89 Evinrude 40, E40ELCEC and I'm missing all the bolts that hold the lower unit onto the exhaust housing. My motor came dissassembled and I want to bolt on the lower unit I just got so I can run the engine with water. Does anyone know what the correct size of bolts are. SAE or metric? Length? It looks like the front 4 are the same and one back is a bit longer?
