Lower unit Question?? Fizzing ??

I've got an '88 Yamaha 130 2-stroke, It's been a great engine, just a few minor things here and there. Yesterday, out on the water, I began to notice a fizzing coming from lower unit just under the surface. Was like an " Alkaseltzer " going off in the lower unit. When the little bubbles come to the surface there's an oil film with them. Water pump is new this spring. The oil sheen makes me think exhaust related. Engine runs fine. Anybody have any ideas??:

drain your lower end oil and see if water mixed in
