Lower unit repairs

I have a 1997 90hp Johnson. Other than a bearing housing seal assembly puller
will I need a seal installing tool or is it possible to install the seals safely by other means. I have installed seals safely in other equipment before but sometimes a
seal installer tool is the only way.

You may need a small pair of lock ring pliers. This job is worth buying the manual, which will tell you for sure.
