depends on which seals. Propshaft seals and bearing carrier O-ring is easy and is done with lu on the motor. with merc, you need a spanner wrench for the cover nut though (pipe with tabs welded to it works good). seal on water pump housing is also not hard once you have LU off. <br /><br />Get a manual, and yes its no problem to do yourself.
