Lube Drain on Outdrive Tough to Get Off

I tried removing the drain screw on the outdrive and it is stuck in there tight and somewhat stripped by previous owner. Any tricks or hints other than drilling it out?

Use an impact driver with a fat bit.......​

A big fat screwdriver with a pair of vice grips worked for me. Replaced it with an allen wrench plug.
